Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AdventureCraft (“the Service”), available at adventurecraft.ai and operated by AdventureCraft Interactive LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AdventureCraft generates preparation material for tabletop role-playing games — session outlines, characters, stat blocks, maps, and artwork — using artificial intelligence, based on the campaign details and material you provide. Generation is paid for with prepaid credits.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make purchases; younger users need a parent or guardian to handle purchases. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email address current — it is how we reach you about your account.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are a prepaid means of paying for generation within the Service. They are not money, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be spent inside the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

When a generation fails on our side, the credits it charged are automatically refunded to your balance. Purchases of credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. Free promotional credits (such as the signup bonus) have no cash value and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of abuse. Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply going forward, never retroactively to credits you already hold.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the material you create on or upload to the Service — campaign descriptions, setting and rulebook material, notes, and direction. You grant us a limited license to store and process that material solely to operate the Service for you (including sending it to the AI providers that perform generation).

By uploading any material, you affirm that you own it or are authorized to use it. This matters especially for game rulebooks and setting books: uploads are used only to generate content for your own account, are never shared with, shown to, or made generatable-from by any other user, and are never redistributed. The Service produces your own filled-in campaign material — it is not a means of reproducing or distributing someone else’s book, and you agree not to use it as one.

We respond to valid copyright complaints and may remove content and, for repeat infringement, terminate accounts. Complaints: hello@adventurecraft.ai.

5. Generated content

You may use the material the Service generates for you at your table, in your campaigns, and in your own non-commercial or commercial work, subject to the rights of any third-party material you supplied as input. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to content generated for others — review it before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload material you have no right to use, or use the Service to reproduce or redistribute copyrighted works;
  • create multiple accounts to farm free credits, or otherwise abuse promotions;
  • use the Service to generate unlawful content or content that harms others;
  • probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering.

7. Third-party services

The Service is built on third-party providers — including Supabase (authentication and storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (text generation), and fal.ai (image generation). Their availability affects ours; we are not responsible for their outages.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the account page, which removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; credits associated with an account terminated for abuse are forfeited.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that generation output will be accurate, complete, or usable for any particular game.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AdventureCraft Interactive LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hello@adventurecraft.ai.
